How Do I Place An Order?
Orders are taken via phone, Fax or E-mail.

Due to the high security nature of the products, Boa Handcuff has decided to limit sales to Law Enforcement, Correctional Facilities, and the Peerless Handcuff Company ONLY!!

SHIPPING METHOD
All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or Fed Ex.

What are the Payment Methods?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What's Your Return Policy?

DAMAGES: 
All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped. Title to the merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Any claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier. If your shipment is damaged, indicate it when you sign for the shipment.

RETURNS:
Contact our customer service department at for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. All requests for returns and refunds are subject to all of the following conditions: 
 
Refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment. Credit card orders will be credited to the original credit card. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

BOA Handcuff Company, Inc. is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. 

What About International Orders?
A pre-payment must be made through a wire transfer.

International Product Support:
Some products are not available for export outside North America. Certain items sold on this site are under export restrictions from the United States. Please check with US Customs office for more detailed information
